မွန်ပြည်နယ်အစိုးရအဖွဲ့က ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပ ပြုလုပ်သည့် (၁၃)ကြိမ်မြောက် စုပေါင်းမဟာဘုံကထိန် သင်္ကန်းဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းပွဲ အလှူတော်မင်္ဂလာအခမ်း အနားကို နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၃ရက်နေ့၊ နံနက်ပိုင်းက မော်လမြိုင်မြို့၊ ပရိယတ္တိဓမ္မဗိမာန်တော်ကြီး၌ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ရာ ဆရာတော်၊ သံဃာတော် အရှင်သူမြတ်များ၊ မွန်ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဦးအောင်ကြည်သိန်းနှင့် ဇနီး၊ ပြည်နယ်တရားလွှတ်​တော်တရားသူကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ဇနီး၊ ပြ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးများ၊ ဌာနဆိုင်ရာအကြီးအကဲများ၊ အလှူရှင်ဧည့်ပရိသတ်များ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
ရှေးဦးစွာ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က ပရိယတ္တိဓမ္မဗိမာန်တော်ကြီးရှိ ဗုဒ္ဓရုပ်ပွားတော်မြတ်ကို ဖူးမြော်ကြည်ညို၍ ပန်း၊ ဆီမီးနှင့် ရေချမ်းတို့အား ကပ်လှူပူဇော်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ထို့နောက် အခမ်းအနားကို “နမောတဿ” သုံးကြိမ်ရွတ်ဆိုဘုရားကန်တော့၍ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး နိုင်ငံတော်ဗဟိုသံဃာ့ဝန်ဆောင်ဆရာတော်၊ မော်လမြိုင်မြို့၊ အောက်ကျင်း ရပ်ကွက်၊ သာသနာ့မာရ်အောင်ဝဲပျံစာသင်တိုက်ကြီး၏ ဦးစီးပဓါနနာယက ဆရာတော် (မဟာဂန္ထဝါစကပဏ္ဍိတ) ဘဒ္ဒန္တနန္ဒဝံသ အရှင်သူမြတ်ထံမှ ငါးပါးသီလခံယူဆောက်တည်ခြင်း၊ ဆရာတော်၊ သံဃာတော်များ ရွတ်ပွားသရဇ္ဈာယ်ချီးမြှင့်တော်မူသော မေတ္တာသုတ်အစရှိသော ပရိတ်တရားတော်များ နာယူကြည်ညိုခြင်းတို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ဇနီးတို့က မော်လမြိုင်မြို့၊ ရွှေမြိုင်သီရိရပ်ကွက်၊ ကျောင်းထိုင်ဘုန်းကြီးသင်တန်း ကျောင်း၊ ကျောင်းအုပ်ဆရာတော်၊ ဘဒ္ဒန္တစန္ဒောဘာသထံသို့ ကထိန်လျာမြတ်သင်္ကန်းနှင့် လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများ ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ပြီး ပြည်နယ်တရားလွှတ်​တော်တရားသူကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ဇနီး၊ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးများနှင့် အလှူရှင်အပေါင်းတို့က ပင့်သံဃာတော်များအား လှူဖွယ်ပစ္စည်းများကို  ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြသည်။
အဲဒီ​နောက် ပြည်နယ်သံဃနာယကအဖွဲ့၊ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌဆရာတော် ၊မော်လမြိုင်မြို့၊ ဖက်တန်း ရပ်ကွက်၊ အဘယသုတာရာမစာသင်တိုက်ကြီး၏ ဦးစီးပဓါနနာယက ဆရာတော် (ဂန္ထဝါစကပဏ္ဍိတ၊ အဂ္ဂမဟာသဒ္ဓမ္မဇောတိကဓဇ)၊ ဘဒ္ဒန္တသာသန အရှင်သူမြတ်ထံမှ ကထိန် အနုမောဒနာတရားနာယူကြည်ညို၍ လှူဒါန်းမှုအစုစုတို့အတွက် ရေစက်သွန်းချအမျှပေးဝေခဲ့ကြကာ အခမ်းအနားကို “ဗုဒ္ဓသာသနံ စိရံတိဋ္ဌတု” သုံးကြိမ်ရွတ်ဆိုဆုတောင်း၍ရုပ်သိမ်းခဲ့ပြီး အလှူတော်မင်္ဂလာအခမ်းအနား အောင်မြင်ခြင်းအထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ် ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် ဇနီးတို့က ရတနာရွှေမိုး၊ ငွေမိုးများ ရွာသွန်းဖြိုးခဲ့ကာ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်၊ ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးများမှ၊ဆရာတော်၊ သံဃာတော်များကို နေ့ဆွမ်းဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြသည်။
မွန်ပြည်နယ်အစိုးရအဖွဲ့ကကြီးမှူးကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော (၁၃)ကြိမ်မြောက် စုပေါင်းမဟာဘုံကထိန်သင်္ကန်း ဆက်ကပ်လှူဒါန်းပွဲအခမ်းအနားတွင် ဌာနအသီသီးမှ အလှူရှင်များ၏စုပေါင်း၍ ပဒေသာပင် (၄၈)ပင်၊ ပစ္စည်းတန်ဖိုး (၁၇၀၃၅၆၅၀)ကျပ်၊ ငွေသား (၂၁၆၄၃၇၀၀) ကျပ်၊ စုစုပေါင်း(၃၈၆၇၉၃၅၀) ကျပ်တို့အား လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြပြီး ကျောင်းတိုက်တော်များသို့  ဆက်လက်ပို့ဆောင်လှူဒါန်းခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရှိရသည်။
